“Ransom Is Now Part of Nigerians’ Budget” — Atiku Abubakar

 

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has expressed concern over the worsening insecurity situation in Nigeria, stating that ransom payments have now become part of many Nigerians’ budgets.

According to Atiku:
“Ransom is now included in Nigerians’ budgets.”

The remark reflects growing public frustration over the persistent cases of kidnapping, banditry, and violent attacks affecting communities across different parts of the country


.

The former presidential candidate criticized the current security situation, warning that many citizens now live in constant fear and financial uncertainty due to the increasing threat of abductions.
