Do not increase rents, sanwo olu composure landlords and landowner

 

The lagos state governor babajide sanwo olu has appealed to landlord and land owners in ifako ijaye local government area to refrain from increasing rents,house and shops.

Sanwo olu made the plead during the estarblishment of the abiola/ajayi/ogba and abawole/iju ishaga road on monday.

The news agency of nigeria reported that the 643 metre road construction which include a bridge with slip roads,began on 24 october 2022.The infrastructure provide a crucial connection, replacing a swamp area where a wooden bridge had previously been used for a fee.
